Acclaimed chef, restaurateur, author, TV presenter, and hotel and restaurant consultant Peter Kuruvita has been a highly regarded and experienced member of the Australian food scene for the past thirty-two years. He spent his childhood in Sri Lanka, where he developed his love of food and flavors by spending many happy hours in the kitchen watching his grandmother prepare ancient family recipes. Peter has worked in restaurants all over the world, including Rue St. Jacques in London, Waterside Inn in Bray, The Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, and Yasawa Island Lodge in Fiji, as well as some of Sydney’s top restaurants.
